To the Board Officers of 2023. I wish to thank you for your support and dedication to
White Rock Elks 431.
To Members and Volunteers. With the combinations of diverse talents and expertise in our members and volunteers I am sure that we can expect to see upward progression in our Club activities and Community Service for the year 2023.
Our Membership continues to grow and brings new ideas, input, and enthusiasm making visible improvements to our Society.
Thank you for your time and expertise and I look forward to this new year with renewed enthusiasm.
